Today is "clean the house" day. It's very exciting around here. Even Wally is ready; he has dust cloths over his paws so that he dusts wherever he goes. His goal is to get rid of all the paw prints he's been leaving throughout the house all week. I come through after that with some kind of cleaner. It's really beautiful to see in action. Right now we're negotiating regarding what music to play. I'm more of a classical-music-while-cleaning type; he prefers something more hard core and erratic. We usually settle for the soundtrack from Cats.
It's supposed to be 60 degrees today, so I'm hoping to leave the house while it's in the 60-degree range. I don't imagine it will be there for long, but I plan to enjoy those few moments. Maybe I'll visit my deck and perform some kind of ritual to get spring here early. Maybe the Black Cats of Fairway would like to participate.
